Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered next day, but received a note to say it has been delayed to the day after. I was a little disappointed that the flowers arrived late for my friend's birthday... however, she was thrilled with them and is enjoying them. Flowers/delivery are so expensive these days that you do expect timely delivery, but I understand that things happen.

The florist was so sweet. She called to discuss options with me as my request for an all-white flower arrangement could not be fulfilled in a way that she would feel satisfied with, as they did not have enough white flower options today. I was happy with the two options that she offered, and she delivered a beautiful arrangement to the address that I requested. 10 out of 10 would recommend and request again!

We ordered the Premium Fluer Du’ Jour Designer’s Choice, and we were very happy with the beautiful arrangement our daughter received. Acorn Floral Boutique is definitely top notch, and we will use them again in a heart beat!
