The floral arrangement itself was great. Such a unique presentation, using an actual pumpkin as a vase. Genius. So the only reason they got 4 instead of 5 stars was their delivery time. I wanted them delivered to my wife at work for her birthday surprise. She was scheduled 10AM to 3PM. When they were not delivered by 2:20, I called to follow up. I was told that they would be there in 10 minutes, even if the store employee had to walk it to the location. They didn't arrive until after 3. I told my wife she could not leave until something arrived. While she did need to wait, she absolutley loved them.
